This is an opportunity for individuals and companies to qualify as Intouch experts and specialists offering their services to install, provide training in and maintain the Intouch Ultima system to Gnominees. Intouch foregoes subscription and license fees making the system 'free for use' by Gnominees who engage Gnominors. A system and a deal that sells itself.
Intouch Gnominors provide support to subscribers and work with them to help them maximize their investment in Intouch systems:
Providing high level customer service;
Effectively performing first level client liaison;
Promote the effective use of Intouch systems by clients;
Planning and implementation of strategic plans;
Consult with clients on systems continuity, security policies and procedures;
Ensure service desk infrastructure is maintained and effectively used;
Ensure clients have minimal disruption to business by providing systems contingency planning;
Promote and gain client management sponsorship for strategically relevant initiatives;
Ensure appropriate financial management including prudent procurement practices, and sound contract management;
Provide support for the Intouch system and for the execution of system deployments and change management.
