Intouch Technology Group is a small software development company founded in Australia about 20 years ago specializing is systems for ski areas and tourist facilities.
In 1999 the company changed from selling its software to a subscription metaphor; an annual fee that covers use of the products, its support and continued development. The company is privately held by the founders Klaas Sybranda and Chris Heberle and has prospered in an increasingly volatile business world where fortunes have been made and lost as fast as trends change.

We survived Year 2000 without a hitch and the dot com boom and bust and developers who abandoned years of hard work to re-write applications in dot net only to end up 'road kill' on the information super highway.
The product is comprehensive and robust, ranging in functionality from Point of Sale for ticketing, retail, food service and rentals to more specialized CRM functions, ecommerce, recruiting, scheduling, rostering and content management. It provides a complete business suite for a small to medium sized business with a high level of customer service.
Our attitude is that there is no client too small and none too big. From mom and pop 'foodie' operations like Plump Harvest in Myrtleford, Victoria, Australia to NP360 a huge gondola tourist attraction in Hong Kong; At Intouch we can do it.
In North America we have a huge potential as the company has never promoted it's product beyond the ski industry. Too many have gone to market too early before their products were complete and proven ending up 'tripping over their untied show laces' - so to speak.
