In the USA our newly refurbished office and training center is located a few miles from Mount Snow, Vermont, just outside of Wilmington and two and a half hours from Boston.
Our development team is located in Perth, Western Australia.

You will need IT skills, perhaps not formally gained but recognised by a proven track record. If you have been a manager of information systems or an analyst, that would be an advantage. In fact, anything to do with Point of Sale, inventory control, billing systems and accounting software.
Being familiar with databases, SQL, HTML, Crystal Reports or any kind of scripting or programming language, even if you have not used it for a long time, will be skills you will have or be prepared to learn - quickly and easily.
You will need to be prepared to travel and spend time away from home. We encourage our staff to involve their families if possible as we work in some of the most beautiful and interesting places on earth, with others who consider themselves fortunate to be able to do what they love and get paid for it.
You will genuinely want to help people and make sure that systems run smoothly and efficiently. Sometimes that might mean spending a late night helping to rebuild a server or preparing a demo for a prospective client or testing a new ecommerce web site until you can't stand the sight of it anymore.
You will be meticulous about your work and that will reflect in your, habits, personal appearance and deportment. You will know that being a professional is to make it look easy.
We find that people who have already traveled a lot, meeting people from different cultures and working in foreign jurisdictions understand the distinctions and acquit themselves better than those who have not.
