Having reached the tenth anniversary of our relationship with Intouch, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are not only with your product but the principles and personnel behind it. Several years ago we spent considerable time trying to find a satisfactory POS System for ice arenas. Since there was no such product available we focused on the ski industry figuring that the similarities of our businesses and greater capital resources of the latter suggested a likely solution. To our surprise, until we stumbled upon Intouch, the ski industry did not seem to have an adequate POS system.

Yours on the other hand has proven to be outstanding in every respect. The Intouch POS system is easy to install and use, low maintenance and provides for superior internal controls especially for a company with multiple locations such as ours. Equally, if not more important, we have found over the past ten years that while Intouch promises a lot, it delivers even more and the ongoing attention and superior support has been a pleasant change from the experience we have had with other systems vendors.
